Drive-In & Drive-Thru Rack

Optimize space with a high-density rack solution that is ideal for multi-pallet storage of low-rotation product.  Adaptable to either a first in, first out system or a last in, first out system, Drive-In/Drive-Thru is highly customizable.

Drive-in racking and drive-thru systems are exceptionally suited to large stocks of relatively few product types. Use this high density system to reduce overall square footage requirements by 35% or more, compared to a standard pallet rack configuration.

Drive-in racking and drive-thru systems are exceptionally suited to large stocks of relatively few product types. Use this high-density system to reduce overall square footage requirements by 35% or more, compared to a standard / selective pallet rack configuration.

Flow Racking - Gravity Flow Rack - Pallet & Carton

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet Flow Racks fully utilize available storage space and ensure the picking aisle has access to stocked pallets. In this first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, pallets are loaded at the top end of the slightly inclined rack. Then, pallets glide safely and effortlessly at a controlled rate to the front of the storage lane.

These heavy-duty systems are designed for years of trouble-free operations with rugged load-bearing wheels. Inventory rotation is quick and efficient, whether merchandise is moved strictly on pallets or as part of an order picking system. Save space and handling times in your installation.

Advantages

  • Optimum rotation of products with expiration dates

  • An almost solid volume of usable storage space

  • Space, manpower and utilities savings

Sylvester's offers complete design and consulting services for all of your racking needs.

Carton Flow Rack

Carton Flow Racks separate picking and stocking tasks into different aisles. Full cartons and split cases stored here save up to 75 percent of labor costs compared to a static storage solution. Inclined wheel and roller platforms mean goods are deposited at one end, sliding safely and gradually via gravity to the picking aisle.

Get in-stock visibility, so pick aisles are kept stocked and replenishment can be done simultaneously. First-in/First-out (FIFO) box flows minimize shelf times and keeps inventory fresh and ready to pick.

Push Back Racking - Push Back Pallet Rack

Push Back Racking Systems are designed for high density, multi-product storage. It combines excellent selectivity and maintenance-free structures. Nesting carriages, of this versatile system, deep store five pallets at a time. The result is extremely high pick-flows from all lane entrances facing the work aisle.

As each pallet is loaded, it is placed on the free-rolling carriage and pushed back into the lane by loading additional pallets. Gravity moves

the pallets forward to the aisle on the telescopic carriages during unloading. As such, no reaching or equipment driving into the rack is necessary.

Advantages

  • Efficient use of space with only some reduction in direct product accessibility

  • Optimal combination of selectivity and storage density

  • Sturdy construction yields years of maintenance-free operations

Push Back Racking's structural cart construction with its debris-free design is perfect for food applications.

Push Back Racks provide unparalleled versatility and storage for any sector or business model (e.g. multi-channel, omnichannel, etc.).
