If you’re not already maintaining your Overhead Door Systems, Dock Equipment, and Pallet Rack Systems with a planned maintenance program, Sylvester’s Door Care, Dock Care, and Rack Care solutions may be right for you.
- Sylvester’s will initially inspect all your Overhead Door Systems, Dock Equipment Systems, or Pallet Rack Systems. We inspect important components, including mechanical and structural elements, controls, settings, and safety devices. We will explain in detail all the variables such as: the time to perform maintenance, repair or replacement on a system component.
- After the initial maintenance work is completed, you’ll receive a detailed Inspection Report for each system component, complete with technician’s notes, photos, work completed, and corrective work required, if any.
- If corrective work is needed, Sylvester’s will provide an estimate of the work separately for your approval and for future budget forecasting. We will also suggest a future Proactive Planned Maintenance schedule to keep your equipment running properly and safely, keeping your business open and your employees safe.
“White Light” Inspections
For Food Manufacturing and Distribution, we provide “White Light” inspections for Food Safety Audits (FSAs), Safe Quality Food (SQF) Code and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) compliance.
Safety Compliance
